During this weekend we will experience the dimension of loving contact. We will mainly use the affective techniques of Californian Massage and specific meditation techniques for opening the heart.
A weekend full of love through contact with others. We will live the experience of giving and receiving contact. Meditation techniques will help us to open our hearts and connect to our center, in order to approach the other with a respectful and loving quality.

Through this experience we will also learn to exchange healing with our beloved ones or even simply enter a space of intimacy.
A weekend of great energy regeneration and inner cleansing.
