What we do
It is based on the daily practice of very powerful active meditations that everyone performs at home.
1. Online meditation event
Every 20 to 30 days, we participate in a private meditation event on Zoom where Loris introduces a new technique, demonstrates it, and practises it together with all participants. The event lasts approximately 1 hour.
2. Daily individual practice at home
After the meditation event, participants will be sent everything they need to practise meditation at home, independently.
Each participant will be able to practise at their preferred time – immediately after waking up – until the next event, when we will meet again to change technique. The session practised independently lasts approximately 25 minutes.
3. Online sharing event
During a monthly online group session (scheduled from time to time) and in a private group chat, we share what happens to us during our meditation journey. Participation is not compulsory. If you do not feel ready to share yet, but want to understand how this part of the practice works, you can still participate without sharing. The group is, in fact, a protected group.

Who is it for?
unblock SVEGLIA is a path recommended for people who find it difficult, if not impossible, to meditate in the traditional way, and for anyone who is motivated to radically transform their life.
An intense, rapid and profound journey based on active meditation techniques
The techniques used mainly involve physical activity in order to promote the energetic movement that allows us to move inward and reach the space where meditation takes place.
That is why Active Meditations: meditation techniques where we use the body to move more easily towards our inner being.
