I present you a beautiful video recorded by Johan Planefeldt<\/a> at the July 2013 Meeting, Men and Women with Astiko<\/a> and Jordi<\/a> at Els Elements<\/a> – Barcelona.
Thanks to all of you who have shown your precious being so that this poem of love and consciousness has been created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

allow yourself to arrive, simply falling into this space
allowing your consciousness to penetrate your body
feeling you energy right now.. just as it is
nothing to do.. nothing to change… no goal to achieve
simply being
feeling your breath.. just as it happens with each in-breath
allowing the oxygen to expand throughout the body.. filling up every cell
and with each out breath allowing yourself to let go
now. into this moment
and with this confidence that cradles you
listening to the sounds.. the singing of the birds
any sound that allows you to simply let as into this moment
and as you fall into your body, allow any tension to relax
embracing any sensation, any feeling
I invite you to fall more and more into your base
feeling your sacrum leaning relaxed against this surface.. against the earth
allowing it to root itself
and filling up your pelvic bowl with each in-breath
there in your base.. vital energy
in your roots
and as you feel how rooted your vital energy is, allow it to flow up to the heart
as you feel how your in-breath fills up your base, your genitals, your legs, your feet
