We keep adding shoes, clothes, homes, degrees, relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Truth About Inner Growth<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>However, in terms of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/loriscastagnoli.com\/en\/blog\/spirituality\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spiritual<\/a>\u00a0and emotional growth, growth is not additive. It is actually something quite opposite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Letting Go to Move Forward<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Emotional growth is a subtractive process. It is about how you grow when you lose things, when things are taken away from you, when you have to let go of what once was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Redefining Identity Without Attachments<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The question that each one of us is challenged with is this: who am I going to be without my past attachments, titles, jobs, bank accounts? Who am I going to emerge as now?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Fear and Freedom of Shedding<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/loriscastagnoli.com\/en\/unblock\/unblock-sveglia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">It feels scary to let go, to shed and release so much<\/a>. It feels as if you are going to evaporate into nothingness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Growth Through Release<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>So yes, there is pain in the letting go. A lot of tears. You can shed them.
