unblock UNO is a process of authentic inner transformation through meditation and the body that allows us to recognise and connect to our inner talents, helping us to transform our reality and live in balance and connection with our personal power.
It is a path designed by Loris thanks to 20 years of experience in holistic practices and meditations, starting from the work done on himself.
The individual sessions are structured in such a way as to get in deep contact with the participant’s individual truth, thus creating a unique and personalised process. It is in fact counselling from the heart space, where techniques such as active and static meditations, energy balancing and sharing from the heart are used.
Following the individual sessions, the participant, assisted by Loris, will practise the identified technique independently, activating his or her own transformation process.
The individual sessions are in-person or online, have a monthly frequency and a recommended total duration of 10/11 months.
